Quality Policy

The Quality Policy shall provide a framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives. It is communicated and understood by all staff member of the Company. To ensure continuing suitability, the top management shall review the policy at least once a year, and assess the need for changes.

The quality policy statement is as follow:

We aspire to a provider of high precision plastic injection moulding products that is recognized for Customers’ satisfaction being the best in term of: F – Fullfill all Quality Requirements E – Eficient Service V – Valuable Cost Product  To achieve this, we shall produce the best that not only meets but exceeds customer requirements.  We are also committed to continually improve the effectiveness of our quality management system.

Quality Objectives

To implement the quality policy effectively, quality objectives are selected each year for relevant functions and levels. The performance of the objectives shall be tracked and reported to the management on a monthly basis and reviewed yearly during the management review meeting.
Specific targets and performance indicators shall be identified, monitored and controlled by the various responsible departments.

Respective departmental heads shall review the performance of the departmental objectives on a continuous basis and identify adverse quality trend for corrective actions. The records of the performance of the quality objectives and any corrective actions taken or to take shall be reported in the monthly report and submitted to the top management.

The top management shall review the achievement of the quality, and assess the needs for improvement actions or changes.
Our quality objectives shall be considered as the followings:

• To reduce internal rejection rate
• To reduce customer rejection rate

The Quality Objectives shall be subjected to management review to ensure its continuing suitability in meeting the company Quality Policy.

Product quality control process

Up to now, Company has achieved a quality management standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management standard.
The quality management standard ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 are implemented strictly and consistently. Whole production process is controlled from incoming materials to manufacture and parts delivery to customers.

Quality control are performed by quality assurance department and manufacturing department. Quality assurance steps are as following:

In-coming material checking:After purchasing department sends out the materials order to supplier, Company will receive materials sample and documents according to material technical specification. In case samples do not meet the technical specification, Company will return it back to supplier. Quality assurance department will check incoming materials by random sample method. All kinds of resin using for manufacture must have certificate on non-hazardous to environment from material manufacture to ensure finished products going to consumer without any harm for human health and environment. Materials that meet necessary requirements will go into store.

In – process quality control: The purpose of this procees is to perform inspection of products during the production stages to verify that product requirements have been met.

Process of manufacturing is a continuity process. The production lines run 24/24 hours and all operation datum are recorded in details and updated. Quality assurance department check all dimension and visual y random pick up sample every 2 hours of the machine production. If they find any defect product, they will check all parts made during 2 hours production and segregated and disposed the defect part according to production procedure.

Out – going quality control: 100% of finished goods are random checked before delivery. This is the last process that quality assurance department will control finished part before product going to storage. The quality assurance deparmtnet will carry out this process by visual checking method.
